Valrie Cole

Founder & Managing Member

Valrie Cole founded ExpectaNest Ventures LLC with a vision to create opportunities, strengthen communities, and deliver practical solutions across residential real estate, commercial business services, and government contracting.

Her experience includes hands-on residential property management, property improvements, tenant transitions, vendor coordination, leasing support, and rental property operations. Her broader professional background in business operations, technology, data analysis, project coordination, and client support brings an analytical and solutions-focused approach to ExpectaNest Ventures.

Valrie holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems, further strengthening her background in business, technology, and emerging solutions.

Through ExpectaNest Ventures, she is focused on building strategic partnerships and expanding the company's capabilities across property solutions, commercial opportunities, and government contracting.
